Postage and handling fees within Australia are $20 for a pair of boots and $10 for a pair of shoes. Please note some shoes are particularly heavy and postage for those items are priced the same as boots. Postage for all sale items is a flat rate of $20 for shoes and $40 for boots within Australia
We use regular Australia Post for all of our web sales. If you’d prefer an Express Post service please let us know via email. An insurance option is available for all posted items but please let us know via email should you wish to insure your item. Additional fees will apply and you must assume all risk for your posted item whether insured or not.
soleDevotion loves our international footwear devotees too! We are conscious that shipping from Australia can be expensive, so our flat rate on international shipping is discounted from the actual cost of shipping.
International shipping is a flat rate of $30 for a pair of shoes and $50 for a pair of boots for regular priced items. Please note some shoes are particularly heavy and postage for those items are priced the same as boots. Sale items are a flat rate of $50 for shoes and $70 for boots for international shipping.
We are happy to combine shipping for purchases of multiple items, and combined shipping rates are available on request. The time-frame for delivery will vary within Australia depending on your location, however most deliveries should be received within 2-5 working days. Regular post through Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery, however the Express Post option does guarantee next day delivery to most locations in Australia. For those customers in Melbourne we offer an in store pickup option free of charge. Simply select the store you’d like to pick up from and an sD staff member will email you when your items are ready and waiting for you. You should receive this notification within 24 hours of your purchase along with details of store opening hours.
A postage confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address with your Australia Post tracking reference after the items have been posted.
