If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions of Sale it is recommended to immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless required by law
Eligibility to Purchase
In order to make purchases on the soleDevotion site you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, postal address and other requested information as indicated. You will also be required to provide correct and valid payment details and confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
soleDevotion reserves the right to restrict or refuse purchase of multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.
All prices displayed on the soleDevotion website are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event that a stocked item is advertised by us at two different prices we will honour the lower price as required by law, however we reserve the right to remove incorrectly priced items from sale. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Australian dollars, the final purchase price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
soleDevotion currently accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to soleDevotion, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been processed and approved.
soleDevotion wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you have concerns about an item that has been delivered to you, please contact us immediately.
Returned items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Do not wear until you are certain you are keeping them.
Products must be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged packaging as any box or packaging is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Returns not accompanied by proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Purchased items may be returned to us directly for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned goods. Returns received outside the above timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of soleDevotion and may only be refunded as a store credit
soleDevotion reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
Return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you insure your return package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. If you send a return COD (Cash on Delivery), it will not be accepted. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
soleDevotion will provide an exchange subject to the above terms. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer. In the event that the returned item is exchanged for an item of lesser value, the balance will first be credited towards return postage, with the remainder issued as store credit or refund
Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Store credits are non-transferrable without prior authorisation.
Merchandise may be returned for a refund, please refer to the Returns requirements above. Shipping charges are non-refundable, we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as utilised for original payment.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Gift vouchers are non-transferrable without prior authorisation.
If you suspect that an item you have purchased from soleDevotion may be faulty, please discontinue use immediately and contact us through the soleDevotion website or telephone or email your nearest store.
Please note that most manufacturing faults will become apparent within the first month of wear. soleDevotion retains the right to assess all claims of faulty goods and determine whether a fault is present. Where possible, we will offer to repair or replace faulty items. Where goods are deemed faulty, you are entitled to a full refund. Damage to items that occur as a result of reasonable wear and tear does not constitute a manufacturing fault.
Proof of purchase must accompany all claims of faulty goods.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including applicable colours; however, the colour displayed onscreen will vary according to the calibration and colour settings of your specific computer setup and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s colour display will be completely accurate.
