Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. In the case of online orders, returns must be received back in store within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items returned within the relevant exchange period are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Refunds will not be offered outside of the relevant exchange period. Returns for exchange or store credit are subject to the discretion of management outside of the relevant exchange period.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in new condition, including all original packaging. Returns received without all or some original packaging will only be accepted at the discretion of management. Please be advised that returns of worn goods will not be accepted. 'Trying on' goods for an extended period of time may constitute wear.
Proof of purchase is required to accompany all returns. Include the hard copy receipt with the returned item.
Please contact the store prior to returning your online purchase. Failure to do so may result in your return being rejected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days.
An item may be exchanged within 7 days from the receipt of goods. Please refer to the 'Returns' section above for details regarding the required physical condition of returned items. Please be advised that at no time can soleDevotion guarantee stock availability for exchanges.
In the event that the returned item is exchanged for an item of lesser value, the balance will first be credited towards return postage and the remainder will be issued as a store credit or refund. In the event that the returned item is exchanged for an item of greater value, the goods will not be dispatched until the outstanding balance is paid in full, including shipping costs.
