Any product purchased in store must be returned within 7 days. For online and phone orders, returns must be received by soleDevotion within 7 days of delivery.
Items returned within the relevant exchange period are eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please note we are only able to offer change of mind return for exchange or store credit within 7 days. We are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return an item must be unworn and in ‘as new’ condition with all original packaging. Returns received without original packaging will only be accepted at the discretion of management.
Please be advised that returns of worn items will not be accepted. 'Trying on' goods for an extended period of time may constitute wear and may not be accepted for return.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns, please include a hardcopy receipt or printed online receipt with the returned item.
Please note that all shipping costs for online orders are non-refundable.

In the event that the returned item is exchanged for an item of lesser value, the balance will first be credited towards return postage and the remainder will be issued as a store credit.
In the event that the returned item is exchanged for an item of greater value, the goods will be dispatched after the outstanding balance is paid in full, including shipping costs.

In order to expedite your postal exchange, include an appropriately sized pre-paid Australia Post satchel with your return.
If you believe that the item purchased is faulty or not as described, please contact soleDevotion via email or phone to discuss the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the refund is approved the purchase amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
Please note we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.
